End of quarantine:

The home quarantine can be terminated prematurely if a proof of convalescence, a proof of vaccination or a negative test certificate is transmitted via the upload portal of the Digital Entry Registration. The individual link on the registration confirmation (PDF document) should be used to upload the certificates. The quarantine can be terminated from the time of transmission. After a previous stay in high-risk areas, testing can be carried out at the earliest five days after entry ("free testing" possible from day five after entry). Vaccinated and convalescents can end the quarantine from the moment the proof of vaccination or convalescence is transmitted via the entry protal. If the transmission takes place before entry (is strongly recommended), the quarantine does not have to be started.
